How do I change my password?
  1. Click on the drop-down arrow next to your name at the top right of the screen.
  2. Hover over “Account” in the drop-down menu
  3. Select “Login Information”
  4. Enter and confirm your new password, then click “Save Changes”
How do I change my payment method?
  1. Click on the drop-down arrow next to your name at the top right of the screen.
  2. Select “Billing” from the drop-down menu
  3. Click “Payment methods” from the center-left menu
  4. Click the “Add payment method” or “Change payment method” button
  5. Enter your credit card information
  6. Click “Add payment method”

How do I view my previous monthly invoices?
  1. Click on the drop-down arrow next to your name at the top right of the screen.
  2. Select “Billing” from the drop-down menu
  3. Click “Orders” from the center-left menu
  4. Click the “View” button next to the monthly charge you would like to view

How do I add or change my profile picture?
  1. Click on the drop-down arrow next to your name at the top right of the screen.
  2. Click on your name from the drop-down menu
  3. Hover over the profile picture icon
  4. Click “Change profile photo”
  5. Click the "Select your file" button
  6. Select the photo you would like to use from the file explorer and click "Open" or "Select"

    Note: We recommend using a photo with a maximum width of 500px, and no larger than 250kb in size.
  7. Adjust photo as needed
  8. Click “Crop Photo” to save

How do I add or change my cover picture?
  1. Click on the drop-down arrow next to your name at the top right of the screen.
  2. Click on your name from the drop-down menu
  3. Click “Edit Profile”
  4. Click “Cover Photo” from the center-left menu
  5. Click the “Select your file” button
  6. Select the photo you would like to use from the file explorer and click “Open” or “Select”

How do I edit my profile information?
  1. Click on the drop-down arrow next to your name at the top right of the screen.
  2. Click on your name from the drop-down menu
  3. Click “Edit Profile”
  4. Enter the information in the fields you would like to add/change
  5. Click “Save Changes”

How do I change my name that shows up in the community forum?
  1. Click on the drop-down arrow next to your name at the top right of the screen.
  2. Click on your name from the drop-down menu
  3. Click “Edit Profile”
  4. Enter your desired name under the “Nickname” field
    Note: Only “a-z”, “0-9”, “-“, “_” and “.” are allowed. 
  5. Click “Save Changes”

Where do I find client-facing presentations?

Only available to Carson Coaching Online Pro users.

  1. Navigate to the “Resource Library” from the left menu
  2. Under the filter section, select “Client Presentation” from the “Category” drop-down menu

Where do I find Forecast and Half-Time Report presentations?
  1. Navigate to the “Market Commentary” page from the left menu
  2. Scroll to the “Market Commentary Presentations for Clients” section
  3. Click either the “Download Presentation” button to view our most current standard presentation, or click “See Additional” for BD-specific and previous presentations.

Note: Forecast and Half-Time Report presentations require CCO Pro or Executive Business Coaching memberships. 

Where do I find client-facing documents?

For general client-facing presentations:

  1. Navigate to the “Resource Library” from the left menu
  2. Under the filter section, select “Client Facing” from the “Category” drop-down menu.
  3. Tip: You can quickly identify client-facing materials in any category by looking for the green “C” icon.

Where do I find the Weekly Market Commentary?
  1. Navigate to the “Market Commentary” page from the left menu
  2. Scroll to the “Weekly Market Commentary” section
  3. Click either the “Download” button to view our most current standard weekly market commentary, or click “See Additional” for BD-specific and previous versions.
  4. To find BD-specific versions, use the appropriate “Category” filter.

Note: The Weekly Market Commentary is included in CCO Pro and Executive Business Coaching memberships.

How do I make a suggestion for a resource or course I think should be added to Carson Coaching Online?
  1. Navigate to the “Resource Library” from the left menu.
  2. Scroll down below the resource listing to the “Not finding what you’re looking for?” section.
  3. Enter the specific resource or course you are looking for and click “Submit.”

How do I get notified when new posts are added to the Community Forum?
  1. Navigate to the “Community” page from the left menu.
  2. Click on the forum category you are interested in following.
  3. Click on the “Subscribe” button.

How do I clear my notifications?
  1. Click on the notification bell on the top right menu.
  2. Select “View Notifications”
  3. Click the checkboxes by those you want to clear.
  4. Select “Mark Read” from the “Bulk Actions” drop down menu.

How do I add a new post to the Community Forum?
  1. Navigate to the “Community” page from the left menu.
  2. Click on the forum category your question best fits in.
  3. Click the “New Discussion” button
  4. Enter a discussion title and content. 
  5. Click “Post.”

How do I change or cancel my membership?

To change or cancel your Carson Coaching Online membership, please submit our cancellation form. If you have questions about the cancellation process, please send an email to coaching@carsongroup.com

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
  1. Navigate to coaching.carsongroup.com and click “Sign In.”
  2. Click the “Forgot Password” link.
  3. Enter your email address.
  4. Click “Request reset link."
  5. Use the link emailed to you to reset your password.
